AIA One Billion Day 2026 เป็นการสานต่อพันธกิจของโครงการ AIA One Billion ที่มุ่งมั่นสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมนโยบายของกลุ่มบริษัทเอไอเอ เพื่อให้ผู้คนกว่าพันล้านคนทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกมีสุขภาพและชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ภายในปี 2030 ภายในงานปีนี้ มีกิจกรรมเด่นคือ AIA One Billion Trail งานวิ่งเทรลประเภททีม 4 คน ซึ่งเอไอเอเป็นผู้ริเริ่มในประเทศไทยโดยมีแนวคิดว่า “ความร่วมมือร่วมใจคือรากฐานของความสำเร็จ” การวิ่งเป็นทีมไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความแข็งแรงทางร่างกายและจิตใจ แต่ยังส่งเสริมให้ทุกคนเห็นคุณค่าของการทำงานร่วมกัน การแบ่งปันพลังใจ และการสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกัน เพื่อไปให้ถึงเป้าหมายร่วมกันเพราะที่เอไอเอ เราเชื่อว่าสุขภาพที่ดีไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องของตัวเองแต่คือการเดินไปด้วยกันเพื่อสุขภาพและชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นของเราทุกคนตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา AOB Trail ได้สร้างความสำเร็จอย่างมากโดยสามารถดึงดูดนักวิ่งได้มากกว่า 6,000 คนและระดมทุนได้กว่า 10 ล้านบาท (ประมาณ 300,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ) เพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการของสภากาชาดไทยเงินบริจาคเหล่านี้ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาไทยและการศึกษาของเด็กด้อยโอกาสกว่า 20,000 คนในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ช่วยเปิดโอกาสทางการศึกษาและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตให้ดีขึ้น
AIA One Billion Day 2026 is a continuation of AIA One Billion mission, which is dedicated to supporting and promoting AIA Group's initiative to empower one billion people across Asia-Pacific region to live healthier and better lives by 2030. The highlight of this year's event is AIA One Billion Trail, a 4-person team trail running event pioneered by AIA in Thailand under the concept that "collaboration and unity are the foundation of success." Running as a team not only strengthens physical and mental resilience, but also encourages everyone to value teamwork, share mutual encouragement, and support one another to reach a common goal. Because at AIA, we believe that good health is not just an individual matter, but a journey we take together for the health and well-being of all.
Over the past 3 years, AOB Trail has achieved tremendous success, attracting more than 6,000 runners and raising over 10 million baht (approx. 300,000 USD) to support the projects of Thai Red Cross Society. These donations have directly contributed to developing Thai language skills and education for over 20,000 underprivileged children in Northern Thailand, opening up educational opportunities and improving their quality of life.

เริ่มขับเคลื่อนโครงการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการพูด อ่าน เขียนภาษาไทย
เพื่อช่วยเหลือ
กระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกองบัญชาการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน เนื่องจากโรงเรียนสั่งปิดการเรียน การสอนกระจายไปทั่วประเทศ ด้วยเหตุเพราะสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรค Covid-19 ทำให้เด็กนักเรียนชั้น ป.1 - ป.6 ขาดทักษะด้านการอ่านและการเขียนจนสูญเสียการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยสภากาชาดไทย จึงได้แสวงหาภาคี การทำงานในรูปคณะทำงานทางวิชาการในการร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาการสอนเสริมภาษาไทยโดยมีเครือข่ายจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ มาร่วมดำเนินการ ประกอบด้วยมูลนิธิรางวัลครูสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรี , กองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) , คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ (มก.) , มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) , มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา (มทร.ล้านนา) ,สถาบันรามจิตติ เพื่อร่วมกันคิดค้นหารูปแบบ วิธีการ สร้างเครื่องมือ คู่มือ ตลอดจนแสวงหาแนวทางการสนับสนุน นายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัด ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญที่เป็นผู้แทนสภากาชาดไทยในส่วนภูมิภาค เพื่อดำเนินการร่วมกับ หน่วยงานการศึกษาในพื้นที่จังหวัด ในการร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับเด็กนักเรียนที่อ่านเขียนภาษาไทยไม่ได้ โดยการ รับสมัครและสรรหาอาสาสมัครไปช่วยครูประจำการสอนเสริมนอกเวลาเรียนนอกจากนี้นายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดยังร่วม กับหน่วยงานการศึกษาในพื้นที่ลงเยี่ยมโรงเรียนเพื่อช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ของโรงเรียน ตลอดจนการดูแลช่วยเหลือเด็กนักเรียนยากจน และนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาด้านการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย โดยสนับสนุน ถุงยังชีพการศึกษา เสริมปัญญาเยาวชน เพื่อมอบให้แก่เด็กนักเรียนเป้าหมายดังกล่าวด้วย

Project to Promote and Develop Thai Speaking, Reading, and Writing Skills by Thai Red Cross Society
On June 5, 2020, Thai Red Cross Society initiated the project to promote and develop Thai speaking, reading, and writing skills to assist the Ministry of Education and the Border Patrol Police Bureau. Due to nationwide school closures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, primary school students in Grades 1 to 6 (Prathom 1–6) experienced a decline in reading and writing skills, leading to a loss in Thai language learning.
To address this, Thai Red Cross Society sought working partners to form an academic working committee to collaboratively solve the problem of supplementary Thai language teaching. The network includes various organizations such as the Princess Maha Chakri Award Foundation, the Equitable Education Fund (EEF), the Faculty of Education at Kasetsart University (KU), King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), and the Ramajitti Institute. Together, they designed models, methods, tools, and manuals, while also seeking approaches to support Provincial Red Cross Chapter Presidents—who serve as vital regional representatives of Thai Red Cross Society. They work alongside local educational agencies in various provinces to resolve issues concerning students who cannot read or write Thai by recruiting and selecting volunteers to assist regular teachers with after-school tutoring.
In addition, Provincial Red Cross Chapter Presidents collaborate with local educational agencies to visit schools to help resolve infrastructure and environmental issues, as well as to care for and assist impoverished students and those struggling with Thai language learning by providing educational care packages ("Enhancing Youth Wisdom care packages") to target students.
